Abstract

This research aimed to find out and analyze the effect of leadership style, work discipline, and organizational communication on the employees’ performance at PT Bank BPR Jatim Bank UMKM, East Java, main branch Surabaya. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with that, there were 36 respondent as the sample. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 version. The research result showed that leadership style had a positive but insignificant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Bank BPR Jatim Bank UMKM, East Java, main branch Surabaya. On the other hand, work discipline had a significantly positive effect on the employees’ performance at PT Bank BPR Jatim Bank UMKM, East Java, main branch Surabaya. Similarly, organizational communication had a significantly positive effect on the employees’ performance at PT Bank BPR Jatim Bank UMKM, East Java, main branch Surabaya.
