PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, PERTUMBUHAN PERUSAHAAN, DAN NILAI TUKAR TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN FARMASI YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of profitability (ROE), company growth (AG), the exchange rate (KURS), and firm value (PBV) in the Pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2021. The population was 11 pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2021. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling (non-probability sampling). In line with that, there were 7 companies as the sample since the entire population had been formed homogeneously. Moreover, the research was quantitative. The data were secondary which in the form of the company’s financial statements. Additionally, the data analysis used multiple linear regressions with SPSS 26 version. The result showed that profitability (Return on Equity) had positive and significant effect on the firm value in Pharmaceutical companies. Likewise, company growth (Asset Growth) had a positive and significant effect on the firm value in Pharmaceutical companies. However the exchange rate (KURS) had a positive but insignificant effect on the firm value in Pharmaceutical companies.
