Abstract

This research aimed to find out and analyze the effect of price, promotion, and service excellence on customer satisfaction. While the population was consumers at Citihub Hotel @Sudirman Surabaya that infinite. Moreover, the data collection technique used accidental sampling that is sampling technique based on coincidence, namely anyone who happens to meet a researcher who can be used as a sample, if it is deemed that the person met by chance is suitable as a data source, in which the respondents were men and women. The number of samples by the researchers was determined using the formula from Lameshow so that the sample obtained was 96 respondents. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The research result concluded that price had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Citihub Hotel @Sudirman Surabaya. Likewise, the promotion had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Citihub Hotel @Sudirman Surabaya. Similarly, service excellent had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Citihub Hotel @Sudirman Surabaya.
