PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of leadership style, organizational support, and communication on employees' work satisfaction at PT Baba Rafi International. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was all employees of PT Baba Rafi International. The data collection technique used simple random sampling. In line with that, there were 60 respondents as the sample. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique used questionnaires and the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26. The result of the t-test concluded that (1) leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employees' work satisfaction at PT Baba Rafi International, (2) organizational support had a positive and significant effect on employees' work satisfaction at PT Baba Rafi International, and (3) communication had a positive and significant effect on employees' work satisfaction at PT Baba Rafi International.
