PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, PENGALAMAN KERJA DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SDN TANDES

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of work discipline, work experience, and organizational culture on
teachers’ performance. The population was teachers of SDN Tandes Kidul 1 / 110 Surabaya. The research was
quantitative. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling i.e., a sample collection
technique took all the populationmembers as the research object and used it as a sampel. The instrument of data
collection technique questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to 49 respondents. Moreover, the data
analysis technique used multiple linear regressionwith SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 23. The
research result showed that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the teachers’ performance at
SDN Tandes Kidul 1/110 Surabaya. On the other hand, the work experience had an insignificant effect on
theteacher’s performance at SDN Tandes Kidul 1/110 Surabaya. In contrast, the organizational culture had a
positive and significant on the teachers’ performanceat SDN Tandes Kidul 1/110 Surabaya.
