Abstract

Depot Bakso Royal was selected for research because it sells different types of processed meat dumplings and chicken noodles. In addition, the menu is a little different from other stores. Bledek Meatballs, Buto Mix Meatballs, Quail Egg Meatballs, Buto Jude Meatballs, Buto Salted Egg Meatballs, etc., have captured consumer attention. Therefore, this study aimed to find out the impact of price, service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction. The research was quantitative. Also, the population was the customers of his Royal Depot at Sidtopowetang branch in Surabaya, his Bakso. Data was primary. Furthermore, the data collection technique used non-probabilistic sampling with targeted sampling as the sampling technique. This tool used a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The results showed that price had a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction of Depot Bakso Royal, Sidotopo Wetang branch in Surabaya. Similarly, at Depo Bakso Royal in Surabaya's Sidotopo Wetang branch, service quality had a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction. Similarly, at Depo Bakso Royal in Surabaya's Sidotopo Wetang branch, product quality had a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction.
