PENGARUH INSENTIF, MOTIVASI, DAN KOMPETENSI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT ADIKARA JAYA SENTOSA

Abstract

Human resources, basically, are very important for either company or institution in managing, controlling, and running activities with the aim to have maximum competence and a professional attitude. Every company generally has a human resource management division. PT Adikara Jaya Sentosa is a company that runs as a general contractor and supplier of goods and services in PLTU Java and Bali. The company focuses on job quality orientation and is determined to be an innovative business supplier of all kinds of supporting materials in Spare Parts, Mechanical, Electrical, and Maintenance. This research aimed to analyze some factors which could affect the employees’ performance at PT Adikara Jaya Sentosa .The independent variables were incentives, motivation, and work competence. Moreover, the research was quantitative. The data collection technique used non-probability sampling, with saturated sampling as the sampling technique. Therefore, the sample was a population, i.e. 63 employees of PT Adikara Jaya Sentosa . Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26. The result concluded that both incentives and work competence had a significant effect on employees’ performance. However, motivation had an insignificant effect on employees’ performance.
