PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. AGRODANA FUTURES

Abstract

High employees’ performance is one of the requirements for achieving the company’s goal. The goal
is obtained from the company’s efforts in managing the human resources which have the potency to
increase the work result among others are the effect of motivation effect, work environment, and
leadership. This research aimed to find out the effect of work motivation, work environment, and
leadership on employees’ performance. Furthermore, the research population was employees at PT
Argodana futures; consisting of 40 people. Moreover, the instrument in the data collection technique
used the census method. While the research data analysis technique used multiple linear regressions.
The research result showed that the effect of work motivation, work environment, and leadership was
feasible to use as the predictor of the fluctuation of employee performance. Additionally, the level of
coefficient determination (R2 ) obtained 0.559 showed that the contribution given from the variables
simultaneously on the fluctuation of employee’s performance was 55.9%. In addition, the testing result,
showed partially that work motivation, work environment, and leadership had a positive effect on the
employees’ performance.
