Abstract

This research aimed to find out and analyze the effect of work environment, work facility, and compensation on the employees' performance in Kecamatan Pakal, Surabaya. Moreover, the independent variables were work environment, work facility, and compensation. While the dependent variable was employees' performance. The research was quantitative. Furthermore, the data collection technique used a saturated sampling technique, in which all members of the population were the sample. The method used in the data collection technique was census. Additionally, the instrument used questionnaires, which were distributed to 52 respondents. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 22 version. The research result showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on the employees' performance in Kecamatan Pakal, Surabaya. Likewise, the work facility had a positive and significant effect on the employees' performance in Kecamatan Pakal, Surabaya. Similarly, compensation had a positive and significant effect on the employees' performance in Kecamatan Pakal, Surabaya.
