PENGARUH PELATIHAN, MOTIVASI, DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT MITRA HIJAU INDONESIA

Abstract

This research aimed to find out and analyse the effect of training, motivation, and organizational culture on
employees’ performance at PT. Mitra Hijau Indonesia. The research was quantitative. The data collection
technique used saturated sampling. In line with that, there were 40 employees as the sample. Moreover, the
instrument in the data collection technique used questionnaires throught google form, consisting of statements
and answers with likert scale. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The analysis
used descriptive statistics, instrument tests, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, proper model
test (F-test), determination coefficient tetst (R² test), and hypothesis test (t-test). The result concluded that training
had a significantly positive effect on employees’ performance at PT. Mitra Hijau Indonesia. Likewise, motivation
had a significantly positive effect on employees’ performance at PT. Mitra Hijau Indonesia. Similarly,
organizational culture had a significantly positive effect on employees’ performance at PT. Mitra Hijau Indonesia.
