PENGARUH FASILITAS KERJA, MOTIVASI, DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT TELKOM AKSES SURABAYA WILAYAH KEBALEN

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of work facilities, motivation, and compensation on the employees’ performance at PT. Telkom, Kebalen, area of Surabaya. While, the independent variables were work facility, motivation, and compensation. Meanwhile, the dependent variable was employees’ performance. Moreover, the population was employees at PT. Telkom, Kebalen, area of Surabaya. The research was quantitative. The data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were the sample. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique used questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed to 55 respondents as the sample. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 20. The research concluded that work facilities had a significantly positive effect on employees’ performance. However, motivation had a positive but insignificant effect on employees’ performance. In contrast, compensation had a significantly positive effect on employees’ performance at PT. Telkom, Kebalen, area of Surabaya.
