Abstract

This research aimed to analyze and find out the effect of transformational leadership and work environment on the employees’ performance with work motivation as the intervening variable at the PT Herbivor Satu Nusa. Moreover, the research was causal-comparative, with a quantitative approach. Furthermore,the data collection technique used saturated sampling, which used all the researchpopulation as samples. In line with that, there were 50 respondents as the sample. Additionally, the data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS) with theSmartPLS 3.0 program. The research result showed that both transformational leadership and work environment had a significant effect on the employees’ performance at the PT Herbivor Satu Nusa. In addition, transformational leadership and work environment had a significant effect on the employees’ performance at the PT Herbivor Satu Nusa; with work motivation as the iintervening variable.
