Abstract

This research aimed to analyze factors that affected the employees’ performance at PT. Dinamika Global Nusantara. Moreover, independent variables were work discipline, work motivation, and work satisfaction. While the dependent variable was employees’ performance. The data collection method used is primary by using a questionnaire. The approach taken by researchers is a quantitative approach. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling. Saturated sampling is used to determine the type of respondent and uses the entire population of employees of PT. Dinamika Global Nusantara. In line with that, all members of the population were the sample, consisting of 35 respondents. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution 25. The research result concluded that both work discipline and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT. Dinamika Global Nusantara. On the other hand, work satisfaction did not affect the employees’ performance at PT. Dinamika Global Nusantara.
