PENGARUH MOTIVASI, ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI

Abstract

Human resource is the most important factor in carrying out activities at the workplace. Moreover, it will maintain companies to run continuously and in balance with the objectives that are increasingly moving forward. The Secretariat Office of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of East Java Province is one of the agencies that have high integrity in becoming a place for aspirations or a center where people need help. Therefore, the place requires an employee with a high commitment to the institution to keep the activities running and also to maintain the secret documents, etc. This research aimed to examine the effect of motivation, organizational citizenship behavior, and work satisfaction on organizational commitment. Moreover, the research was quantitative. The population was employees of The Secretariat Office of DPRD of East Java Province consisting of 118 people with 91 employees as the research samples. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The research result indicated that motivation had a significant effect on organizational commitment. On the other hand, organizational citizenship behavior had an insignificant effect on organizational commitment. In contrast, work satisfaction had a significant effect on organizational commitment.
