PEGARUH CR, DER, DAN NPM TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN FNB DI BEI

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Net Profit Margin on the stock price of Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data were secondary, in the form of financial statements of Food and Beverage companies. Moreover, the research was quantitative. The population was 15 Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017-2021. The data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on predetermined criteria. In line with that, there were 12 companies as samples. Furthermore, the data were taken during 5 years (2017- 2021). In total, 60 data samples were observed. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 27 version.The result indicated that the Current Ratio had an insignificant effect on the stock price. However, the Debt to Equity Ratio had a significant effect on the stock price. Likewise, the Net Profit Margin had a significant effect on the stock prices.
