PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DISIPLIN KERJA, DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT HONDA VICTORY SURABAYA

Abstract

This research aimed to examine and analyze the effect of work environment, work discipline, and compensation on employees’ performance at PT. Honda Victory Surabaya. The research was quantitative. Furthermore, the research population was active employees at PT. Honda Victory Surabaya. The data collection process used non-probability sampling. In line with that, there were 33 respondents as the sample. Moreover, the instrument in the data collection technique used questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed to 33 respondents. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The research result showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT. Honda Victory Surabaya. On the other hand, work discipline had a positive but insignificant effect on the employees’ performance at PT. Honda Victory Surabaya. In contrast, the compensation had a positive effect on the employees’ performance at PT. Honda Victory Surabaya.
