Abstract

This research aimed to analyze and examine the effect of liquidity, activity, profitability, and interest rate on the stock price of Food and Beverage companies. Liquidity (CR), activity (TATO), profitability (ROE), and the interest rate (annual rate of BRI). The research was causal-comparative with a quantitative approach. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, a sample of 12 Food and Beverage sub sector companies was obtained in 2017-2021. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The result concluded that CR had a negative and insignificant on the stock price. TATO had a negative and significant effect on the stock price. ROE had a positive and significant effect on the stock price. The interest rate had a positive but insignificant effect on the stock price.
