Abstract

This research aimed to observe the effect of work discipline, work environment, and motivation on the employees’ performance at PT. Usaha Yekapepe Surabaya. The research was quantitative. Furthermore, the research population was active employees. Moreover, the data collection technique used non-probability sampling. While the sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique or the total sampling technique. The instrument in data collection used questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed to 40 respondents. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis techniques with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26 versions. The research result showed that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance at PT. Usaha Yekapepe Surabaya. On the other hand, the work environment had a positive and insignificant effect on employees’ performance at PT. Usaha Yekapepe Surabaya. In addition, motivation had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT. Usaha Yekapepe Surabaya.
