Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of personal values, organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT Harfa Indonesia Persada Sidoarjo. Using a population of 57 employees who work as permanent employees. Using a complete enumeration sampling technique. In this study using primary data collected by using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis with the SEM WarpPLS (Partial Least Square) 7.0 2020 software program. The results of the study show that Personal Value has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Personal Value has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work motivation is able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on PT Harfa Persada Indonesia's employee performance is positive but not significant.
