Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of service quality, price and promotion on customer
satisfaction at Rubby Star Family Karaoke in Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative research. The object
of this research is all customers of Rubby Star Family Karaoke Surabaya. The sampling technique used was the
non-probability sampling method which focused on incidental sampling, with a total sample of 100 respondents.
The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that (1)
each service quality variable had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, this was a proven by the
significance value for that variable. (2) Each price variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, this
was a proven by the significance value for that variable. (3) Each promotion variable has a significant effect on
customer satisfaction, this was a proven by the significance value for that variable.
