Abstract

This research aimed to analyze and determine the effect of organizational culture, work environment, and motivation on the employees' performance at Fatma Eyes Hospital, Sidoarjo. The research was quantitative. Furthermore, the population was employees of Fatma Eyes Hospital, Sidoarjo. The data collection technique used simple random sampling, in which the sample was taken randomly without considering the strata and position within the population. Moreover, the data instrument used questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed to 45 respondents as the sample. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The research result concluded that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance at Fatma Eyes Hospital, Sidoarjo. Likewise, the work environment had a significantly positive effect on employees’ performance at Fatma Eyes Hospital, Sidoarjo. Similarly, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance at Fatma Eyes Hospital, Sidoarjo.
