PENGARUH PENGALAMAN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA, DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

Human resource have important roles within the company in order to compete and develop regularly. Moreover, the function of humas resources management is to drive the human behaviors that are affected by many factors which influence the employees’ performance. Those factors are work experience, work motivation, and work disciple. Therefore, this research aimed to examine the effect of work experience, motivation, and discipline on employees’ performance at PT. Andika Jana Bhumi Sejahtera. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. Additionally, the data were both primary and secondary, in the form of questionnaires result. The questionnaire were distributed to 138 employees at PT. Andika Jana Bhumi Sejahtera. In addition, the data collection technique used startifed random sampling. The result of data analysis using SPSS showed that work experience had a significant effect on employees’ performance. Likewise, work motivation had a significant effect on employees’ performance. Similarly, work discipline had a significant effect on employees’ performance. In conclusion, based on the hypothesis test, in concluded that employees’ performance at PT. Andika Jana Bhumi Sejahtera was affected by work experience, motivation, and discipline.
