PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, FASILITAS KERJA, DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN KANTOR KECAMATAN MENGANTI KABUPATEN GRESIK

Abstract

This research aimed to find out and analyze the effect of work discipline, work facility, and work stress on the employees’ performance at the office of Kecamatan Menganti, Kabupaten Gresik. The data were primary, with questionnaires as the instrument in the data collection technique. Furthermore, the research was quantitative. Moreover, the research sample collection technique used a saturated sample method with all populations of employees’ as many as 53 respondents in Kecamatan Menganti. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the instrument of the SPSS program 26 version. The research result showed that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at the office of Kecamatan Menganti, Kabupaten Gresik. Likewise, the work facility had a positive and significant effect on the employees' performance at the office of Kecamatan Menganti, Kabupaten Gresik. On the other hand, work stress had a negative and significant effect on the employees’ performance at the office of Kecamatan Menganti, Kabupaten Gresik.
