Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work conflict, compensation, and morale on employee performance at Aria Centra Hotel Surabaya. Using a population of permanent employees who have worked continuously for 3 years, totaling 35 people and have worked as permanent employees at the hotel. Using a complete enumeration sampling technique. In this study using primary data, collected using a questionnaire. Using Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS version 25 to process data. The research results show that; Work Conflict has a Positive and Significant Effect on Employee Performance at the Aria Centra Hotel Surabaya. The more controlled the work conflict in a company, the more optimal the employee's performance will be. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Aria Centra Hotel Surabaya. If the provision of compensation is in accordance with the level of sacrifice, there will also be an increase in the performance of the employee concerned. Work Morale has a Positive and Significant Effect on Employee Performance at the Aria Centra Hotel Surabaya. Morale is a very important attitude and must be owned by everyone in order to have a reliable performance
