Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of capital structure, profitability, and firm size that were referred to as the Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, and Size; on Price to Book Value. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was Food and Beverage companies. The data were secondary, in the form of companies’ financial statements during 2016-2020. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 25.The t-test concluded that capital structure which was referred to as the Debt to Equity Ratio had a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. However, profitability which was referred to as Return On Asset had a significantly positive effect on firm value. Likewise, a firm size that was referred to as Size had a significantly positive effect on the firm value of Food and Beverage companies.
