Abstract

Due to the increase of culinary development and more new restaurants offer different kinds of culinary, therefore; it encourages consumers to make buying decisions. This research aimed to examine and analyze the effect of consumers’ satisfaction, service quality, and product quality on consumers’ re-buying interest at Warung Jumbo. The data collection technique used an accidental sampling technique, in which the sample was taken accidentally. In line with that, there were 100 consumers of Warung Jombo as a sample. Moreover, the instrument in data collection technique used questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents as samples. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The testing result concluded that consumers’ satisfaction had a significant effect on consumers’ re-buying interest at Warung Jumbo. Likewise, service quality had a significant effect on consumers’ re-buying interest at Warung Jumbo. Similarly, product quality had a significant effect on consumers’ re-buying interest at Warung Jumbo.
