PENGARUH PERSEPSI ORGANISASI, KEPUASAN DAN KETERIKATAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN SUPERMARKET SUPERINDO DI SURABAYA

Abstract

High employee performance is one of the criteria for achieving the company's goal. This goal is achieved from the company's efforts to manage the potential human resources to improve the performance result among others are the perception of organizational support, work satisfaction, and work engagement.The research population used 40 employees of Superindo Supermarket Kertajaya Indah Surabaya. Moreover, it sample collection technique used the census method. Meanwhile, the research data analysis technique used multiple linear regressions. It perception of organization support, work satisfaction, and work engagement was feasible as the predictor of the employees' performance fluctuation. Moreover, the determination coefficient level (R2) obtained at 0.561 showed that the contribution given by several variables continuously to the employees' performance fluctuation was 56.1 positively affected the employees' performance. Research conducted this time still has many limitations including: 1. There are time limitations due to the tight working hours of Superindo Kertajaya Indah Surabaya as a source of information, making the data obtained is not optimal 2. The research only focuses on the study of the perception of organizational support, job satisfaction and job attachment related to employee performance
