Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of participative leadership style, teamwork, and communication on the employees’ performance at PT Kuwera Pandukarya Mega Engineering. Furthermore, the research population used all PT Kuwera Pandukarya Mega Engineering employees. Moreover, the research sample collection used saturated sampling, i.e., all the population as the samples, which were 73 respondents. Meanwhile, the research analysis technique used the SPSS application 22.0 version. The research result showed that the variable of participative leadership style had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance because the leadership style involved the employees in decision making; therefore, it created a sense of belonging for employees, so it could motivate them to improve their performance. Moreover, communication had a positive and significant impact on the employees’ performance because the implementation of exemplary communication would increase the quality and quantity of work; therefore, it increased the employees’ performance. On the other hand, teamwork had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance because good teamwork between employees, the more excellent the opportunity to improve employees’ performance.
