Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development, job satisfaction and workload on the performance of employees of PT. Sinar Bukit Jayaland Sidoarjo. The sample used in this study were employees of PT. Sinar Bukit Jayaland Sidoarjo has 65 employees. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Sinar Bukit Jayaland Sidoarjo. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of the test show that career development, job satisfaction and workload have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Sinar Bukit Jayaland Sidoarjo. Suggested management of PT. Sinar Bukit Jayaland Sidoarjo provides opportunities for employees who have reached the target for promotion, so that employees are motivated to work, provide incentives to employees who have achieved the targets set by the company, so that they are enthusiastic about work and add employees so that employees can work effectively and efficiently so that they can be biased. achieve company targets so that employee performance can improve properly.
