Abstract

Human resources are the main requirement for success in carrying out every activity in an organizational or company aspect. Accordingly, in carrying out its functions, there are several factors including work discipline, motivation, and leadership style. Therefore, this study aims to determine and analyze how much influence work discipline, motivation, and leadership style have on employee performance. The population used in this study is the company PT. Reliable Prima Jaya Surabaya. Furthermore, the data collection technique uses a clear sample technique, with a total sample of 60 respondents/employees in PT. Reliable Prima Jaya. While the data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 22. The partial test results show that: 1) Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Reliable Prima Jaya Surabaya, 2) Motivation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Reliable Prima Jaya Surabaya and 3) Leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Reliable Prima Jaya Surabaya.
