PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KOMUNIKASI DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN LOFT INTERIOR

Abstract

Companies are really dependent on the good and bad quality of their human resources. Therefore, the implementation of human resource development is needed to improve employees’ performance. This research aimed to find out the effect of motivation, communication, and work stress on employees’ work productivity at Loft Interior. The population was employees at Loft Interior. The research was causal-comparative. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling in which all populations became the research sample. In line with that, there were 63 respondents in the sample. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique used questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 23. Based on the classical assumption test, there was no irrelevant variable. Meanwhile, from the hypothesis test, motivation had a significant effect on employees’ work productivity at Loft Interior. Likewise, communication had a significant effect on employees’ work productivity at Loft Interior. In contrast, work stress had an insignificant effect on employees’ work productivity at Loft Interior.
