PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, STRES KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PT NUTRICELL BAHARI LESTARI

Abstract

Acompany’s success depends on how competent and qualified the human resources who run all systems within the company are. This research aimed to find out the effect of work environment, stress, and competence on employees’ work satisfaction. The population was employees of PT Nutricell Bahari Lestari. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling. The technique used all populations as the sample. The instrument in the data collection technique used questionnaires, which were distributed to 46 respondents. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Serve Solution) 23. The result concluded that the work environment had a significant effect on the working satisfaction of PT Nutricell Bahari Lestari. However, work stress had a negative and significant effect on the working satisfaction of PT Nutricell Bahari Lestari. In addition, compensation had a significant effect on the working satisfaction of PT Nutricell Bahari Lestari.
