PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, KOMPENSASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT GLOBAL BAHTERA LOGISTIK

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of work motivation, compensation and work discipline on the
employees'performance at PT Global Bahtera Logistik. Furthermore, work motivation was measured by the needs
of achievers, needs to master the job and the needs of good interaction with others. Meanwhile, work discipline was
measured by obeying the rules of time, obeying company rules, obeying the rules of behavior at work and obeying
other regulations. Also, employees’ performance was measured by quantity, time, cost suppression, supervision,
and employees' relations. The research was quantitative. Furthermore, the population and sample was all
employees at PT Global Bahte ra Logistik with purposive sampling as the sample determination. Moreover, the
research data analysis used multiple linear regressions analysis with SPSS program (Statistical Product and
Service Solution) 25.0 version. The multiple linear regression analysis result showed that work motivation had a
positive and significant effect on the employees'performance at PT Bahtera Logistik, compensation had a positive
and significant effect on the employees'performance and had a positive and significant effect on the employees
performance at PT. Bahtera Logistik, and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the employees'
performance at PT Bahtera Logistik.
