Abstract

This research aimed to examine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership, and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance, with the work environment as the moderating variable. The research was quantitative. Furthermore, the population was all employees of Bank Jatim, the main office at Basuki Rahmat, Surabaya. The data collection technique used purposive sampling, with 95 employees as the sample. Moreover, the instrument used questionnaires with a Likert scale. The scale had 5 alternatives answer. The data analysis technique used a validity test and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). According to the data analysis result and hypothesis test, it concluded as follows: 1) Transformational leadership had a significant effect on employees’ performance; 2) Organizational Citizenship Behavior had a significant effect on employees’ performance; 3) work environment could moderate the effect of transformational leadership on employees’ performance, and 4) work environment could moderate the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on the employees’ performance at the main office of Bank Jatim, Basuki Rahmat, Surabaya.
