PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi pada CV. Adela Berkah Abadi Gresik)

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of work satisfaction, work discipline, and communication on the employee’s performance of CV. Adela Berkah Abadi, Gresik. The research was inferential quantitative with the survey as it’s method technique. Moreover, the population was 30 employees of CV. Adela Berkah Abadi, Gresik. The data collection technique used saturated sampling. In line with that, there were 30 samples. The instrument in the data collection technique used questionnaires. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 20. The analysis technique was presented descriptively for every variable. All clasical assumptions which consisted of normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity had been fulfilled. The result concluded that (1) work satisfaction had an insignificant effect on employee’s performance; (2) work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance; (3) communication had a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance. In addition, the determinant coefficient was 0.856 or 85.6%. it meant that work satisfaction, discipline and communication had affected 85.6% on employee’s performance. Meanwhile, 14.4% were affected by other variables outside the research.
