Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze work discipline, motivation, and work environment on the performance of employees of CV Sumber Makmur, Surabaya. In addition, this research is quantitative because it is a data analysis technique using numerical calculations and statistical formulations from the collected data. Furthermore, the data collection technique uses a saturated sampling technique, which is where all members of the population are sampled. The population is employees of CV Sumber Makmur, Surabaya; consisting of 50 employee respondents. In addition, the instrument in the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed via google form for CV employees. Sumber Makmur, Surabaya. In addition, the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution).The results of the study concluded that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of CV employees. Sumber Makmur, Surabaya. Likewise, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance on CV Sumber Makmur, Surabaya. Similarly, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of CV employees. Sumber Makmur, Surabaya.
