PENGARUH LIKUIDITAS, PROFITABILITAS, DAN LEVERAGE TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN PROPERTY AND REAL ESTATE YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI

Abstract

This research aimed to examine and analyze the effect of liquidity, profitability, and leverage on the stock price of Property and Real Estate companies that were listed on IDX. The liquidity was referred to as Current Ratio (CR), profitability was referred to as Return On Equity (ROE), leverage was referred to as Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and stock price. The stock price was used, namely the Closing Price at the end of the year. Furthermore, the research was quantitative. The population was 65 Property and Real Estate companies that were listed on IDX. Additionally, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with that, there were 8 Property and Real Estate companies as the sample. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, proper model test, and hypothesis test with SPSS. The result concluded that Liquidity, Profitability, and Leverage had a positive and significant effect on the stock price.
