Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of discipline, environment and organizational commitment on employees performance. The population was employees of PT. Bina Sinar Amity Surabaya. The research was descriptive quantitative. It dealt with problems of facts from the events or around the population. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were the sample. In line with that, there were 50 respondents in the sample. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique used questionnaires. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 23. The result of the classical assumption test concluded that there were no deviating variables. However, from hypothesis test, it showed that work discipline had a significant effect on employees performance in PT. Bina Sinar Amity Surabaya. Likewise, the work environmental had a significant effect on employees performance. Similarly, organizational commitment had a significant effect on employees performance in PT. Bina Sinar Amity Surabaya.
