PENGARUH UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, LIKUIDITAS, LEVERAGE, DAN AKTIVITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

This research aimed to examine and analyze the effect of firm size, liquidity, leverage, and activity on the firm value at technology listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2015-2020 periods. The firm size was a proxy with In of total assets, liquidity was a proxy with the current ratio, leverage was a proxy with debt to asset ratio, activity was a proxy with total asset turnover, and firm value was a proxy with price book value. This research used quantitative research. The population is technology companies and the sample collection technique has been carried out by using saturated sampling, and 6 companies have been selected as samples. Moreover, the research technique used documentation taken from secondary data. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used multiple linear analyses with SPSS 25 versions. The research result showed that firm size had a negative and insignificant effect on the firm value, liquidity (CR) had a negative but insignificant effect on the firm value, leverage (DAR) had a negative and significant on the firm value, and activity (TATO) had a negative and significant effect on the firm value.
