PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, KETERAMPILAN TEKNIS, DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

Human resources which are basically companies’ main asset in running the activities and its development, becomes one of the problems which firms face as they lead as executor in production. Therefore, this research aimed to find out the effect of work discipline, technical skill, and work experience on employees’ performance of CV. Octa Pratama Putra. The research was descriptive-quantitative. While the population was all employees at the technical section of CV. Octa Pratama Putra which consisted of 40 people. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling. Furthermore, there were 40 samples of employees. Additionally, the data were subject data (Self-Report Data). In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with Likert scale.
The research result concluded that work discipline affected the employees’ performance of CV. Octa Pratama Putra. Likewise, technical skill affected the employees’ performance of CV. Octa Pratama Putra. On the other hand, work experience did not affect the employees’ performance of CV. Octa Pratama Putra.
