Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of motivation, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Toyota Astra Finance Services Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative using a questionnaire as a measuring tool in the research sample of 52 employees who were selected using the saturated sample method with certain criteria. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) Version 22.0 program, the research was conducted with a time span of October 2021 – February 2022. Based on the results of the study, it proves that work motivation, work discipline, and work environment simultaneously influence on employee performance where the higher work motivation, work discipline, and work environment of an employee will be in line with the higher performance. Partially the variables of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment also have a positive effect on employee performance, these results can be concluded that the better work motivation, work discipline and one's work environment will affect one's performance.
