PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, MOTIVASI, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN
Job satisfaction is a positive towards a person’s work which is the result of the evaluation of characteristics because job satisfaction reflects a person’s work. Job satisfaction is the result of employees; perceptions of how well their jobs deliver what they consider important. This study to analze and to find out the effect of work envionment of job satisfacition of the LPI Al Haromain employees. The type of this study was quantitative research. Moreover, the population of this study was the LPI Al Haromain employees. Furthermore, the samples were collected by applyin the non-probability samplingwith 71 respondents. It applied questionnaires for collecting the samples. Additionally, the analysis of this study applied multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Serevice Solution) 25 program. The result concluded work environment had a negative and insigificant effect on employees’ job satisfaition. On the other hand motivation had a positive and significant impact on employees’ job satisfaction. In contraast, work discipline had positive and significant impact to the employees’ job satisfaction.
