Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of education, work experience and organizational culture on employee performance. This research was conducted at the office of the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of East Java Province JlJemurAndayani 1 Surabaya by using questionnaires which distributed to respondents in the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of East Java Province.The method used is saturated sampling that is all members of the population used as a sample with a sample of research of 60 respondents from various educational background and position. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) application tool.The results showed that education has a significant influence on employee performance with a significance value of 0.048 further work experience variables significantly influenced employee performance with a significance value of 0.041 Furthermore, organizational culture variables significantly influenced employee performance with a significance value of 0.002. Simultaneously independent variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable with a significance level of 0.001.
