PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA KANTOR PERTANAHAN KOTA SURABAYA 1

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of organizational culture, work discipline, and work environment on the
employees’ performance at Land Office Surabaya City 1. Moreover, the research population used all 65 employees
at Land Office Surabaya City 1. The research was quantitative. Furthermore, the research sample collection used
a non probability technique i.e., saturated sampling. Another term for saturated sampling was a census namely,
all members of the population used as samples. The date collection was questionnaire distributed with the number
of samples was 65 respondents. Moreover, the research analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis
technique with the SPSS 19. The researh result by classic assumption test though normality test, multicollinearity
test, and hesteroscedasticity test showed that all the variables in this researh fulfilled the classic asumption test
and the research result used feasibility model test showed that regressions model of this research was feasible to
use. In addition, the research result showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on the
employees’ performance, word discipline had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performnce, and
work environment had a positive and insignificant effect on the employees’ performance at Land Office Surabaya
City 1.
