PENGARUH PELATIHAN, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT UCI’S CLEANING SERVICE DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of training, work discipline and work satisfaction on the employees'
performance. The training measured by indicators consisted of structure, participants, material, method and goals.
Furthermore, work discipline is measured by indicators among others setting working hours, setting clothes, work
satisfaction measured by indicators such as work mentality, work condition, salary or wages, personality match
and relationships between colleagues. This research was quantitative. The research sample used the probability
sampling method namely, a sample collection technique that gave the same opportunity for every element of the
population to be selected as a sample. The probability sampling method provided 75 samples of employees at PT
UCI’S Cleaning Service. The research analysis method used multiple linear regression with the SPSS program 25
version. The research result showed that training, work discipline, and work satisfaction had a significant effect
on the employees’ performance at PT UCI’S Cleaning Service in the Covid-19 pandemic.
