PENGARUH KOMPENSASI KEPRIBADIAN DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KETERAMPILAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS UD EXOTIC LEATHER

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of compensation, personal, work discipline, and job skill on the job
employees’ productivity at UD Exotic Leather Sidoarjo. The research population used all the employees at UD
Exotic Leather Sidoarjo with 40 employees. This research used a quantitative method with a correlational research
approach, which was connecting the two or more variables in order to see whether they have an influence on each
other. The data type of this research used primary data obtained through a questionnaire that was distributed to
all the employees. Moreover, the sample collection technique used a saturated sample meanwhile, the research data
analysis method used multiple linear regressions analysis and hypothesis test with the t-test for the partial test
and F test to examine the simultaneous test with SPSS program 26 version. The research result concluded that
compensation, personal, job discipline, and job skill simultaneously affected job productivity, meanwhile,
compensation partial, personal, and job skills had significance on job productivity and job discipline did not have
any significant effect on job productivity.
