PENGARUH PEMBERIAN KOMPENSASI, LOYALITAS KERJA DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. GRAHA KHARISMA

Abstract

This research aimed to observe the effect of compensation, work loyalty, and leadership on the employees' performance
at PT. Graha Kharisma. Meanwhile, the population of this research used employees at PT. Graha Kharisma. This
research used a quantitative method. Moreover, the data collection technique of this research used saturated sampling
i.e., the respondents were all the population's members of 50 employees at PT. Graha Kharisma. Furthermore, the
research data analysis technique used multiple linear regressions analysis techniques with SPSS application
(Statistical Product and Service Solutions) 25 version. The research result showed that compensation had a
significantly negative effect on the employees’ performance at PT. Graha Kharisma. On the other hand, work loyalty
had a significant and positive effect on the employees’ performance at PT. Graha Kharisma and leadership had a
significant and positive effect on the employees' performance at PT. Graha Kharisma.
