PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LIKUIDITAS, DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PULP DAN KERTAS

Abstract

This research aimed to find out and examine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and firm size on the firm value of
Pulp and paper at IDX. Furthermore, the research population used pulp and paper companies listed on IDX in
the 2016-2020 period as many as eight companies. The type of research used in this study is a type of comparative
causal research which explains the causal relationship between variables. Moreover, the research sample was
selected with purposive sampling and obtained 6 companies as the research object. The research analysis method
used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 23 version. On the other hand, the research variable used firm
value (PBV) as the dependent variable, and the independent variable was profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), and
firm size (SIZE). The research result concluded that profitability had a positive and significant effect on the firm
value, liquidity had a negative and significant effect on the firm value, and firm size had a positive and significant
effect on the firm value.
