Abstract

This research was aimed to find out the effect of work ethic on the teachers’ performance, work environment on the teachers’ performance and organization culture on the teachers’ performance at Muhammadiyah 3 Junior High School Waru. Furthermore, the research population used all teachers at Muhammadiyah 3 Junior High School Waru. This research used explanatory research used a descriptive method with quantitative analysis. Furthermore, the research technique used saturated sampling was a sample collection technique that took all the population members as samples, obtained 35 people as samples of all teachers at Muhammadiyah 3 Junior High School Waru. Moreover, the research data source used primary data by questionnaire’sdistributed to the 35 respondents. In addition, the research analysis method used descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regressions analysis with SPSS program (Statistic Package ForSocial Sciences) 25 version. The research result showed that work ethic had a positive and significant effect on the teachers’ performance, work experience had a positive and significant effect on the teacher's performance, and organizational structure had a positive and significant effect on the teacher's performance at Muhammadiyah 3 Junior High School Waru.
