Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on employees’ performance of PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya. While the population was employees in the department of customer relation, human resource development and system, personnel and Occupational Safety and Health of PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya.The research was quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used simple random sampling, in which the sample was taken randomly without considering stratum within the population. Furthermore, the instrument in data collection technique used questionnaires with 40 respondents as the research sample. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 25.0.The research result concluded that the work environment had a positive but insignificant effect on employees’ performance. On the other hand, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance. In contrast, work motivation had a positive but insignificant effect on employees’ performance of PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya.
